Hyaluronidase to dissolve juvederm - how long will it take to see result?

Question

How fast can I see result after I use hyuronidase to dissolove juvederm at the tear trough area? I saw a video on youtube, the doctor who injected hyuronidase to her patient said, "I am seeing result" right after she injected the hyuronidase to the puffy juvederm that was in the patient's tear trough. Can you actually see result so quickly?

question.The injection of hyaluronidase works quickly, usually within 24 hours. After the filler dissolves, your body absorbs and removes it. To be sure what is best for you, see two
or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to
make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have
treatment.

this depends on how much is injected, who injects it, and their experience with
it. I have seen responses within 30 minutes as well in several patients that I
have injected, but I do tell all of my patients that the typical response is within
24 hours, and that on occasion, several injections may need to be performed. Consult
with an expert – an office of a board-certified dermatologist or plastic
surgeon – when needing or having this performed.

Yes – I have seen it myself. I
had a patient that went to a medispa and  had too much juvederm placed in
her lower eyelid region;  it was much better after only 30 minutes and had
fully resolved by the next day.

Hyaluronidase can be used to return to the pre-injection appearance, but the use of this is very rare and usually stems from a patient needing to correct what an inexperienced injector has done. The results of hyaluronidase are typically seen within 24 hours, but possibly within less than an hour. Be sure to wait at least two weeks after the injection and to get a second opinion, because you may simply be experiencing swelling.

If A LOT of HA filler is in there, sometimes you can start seeing immediate results. The enzyme continues to work for about 24 hours, so what you see at that point is it. If I didn't do the initial filler injection I am always more conservative with hyaluronidase simply because you don't want to overcorrect and do too much. It's always easier to do 2-3 rounds of hyaluronidase than to overcorrect. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
