Zero Downtime
Many things say they have no downtime, but my fragile skin always needs 2-6 days to recover from any procedure. This was an amazing experience with no downtime. I left the office, barely pink and i was back the work in a few hours
Dr. Susanne is just the best. She is caring and thoughtful with her suggestions for treatments and cosmetics. She is master at her work , and I am always so happy with my results. Her office is very professional, the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

$480 Facelift
I went to the Laser Skin Surgery Center for filler to get rid of those mean old lady vertical lines around my mouth. Dr. Kilmer convinced me to try Botox around my mouth, neck and jawline instead of filler. I was very skeptical, but reluctantly gave it a try. Well, two weeks later it looks like I have had a mini-face lift on the lower part of my face. I couldn't be happier with the result. The procedure took about ten minutes with very little pain and no bruising. I now have a
Dr. Kilmer has treated me for multiple cosmetic as well as medical skin issues and has truly been the most exceptional dermatologist I've ever been to. Her team is bar none, the best in the business and has the highest level of training not only in the region but in the world. From botox and fillers to dealing with a precancerous mole to her body contouring, Dr. Kilmer is the one!
Sculptra was injected in every dimple on my thighs and area above my knees from too much SmartLipo, wow my self confidence is through the roof. It really does work, I read some many comments on realself by doctors that use Sculptra in conjunction with skin tightening, and so glad I had this done, legs look so much better.

48 Year Old Stubborn Abdominal Fat
I was luck enough to be picked for training sessions at Dr Kilmers office for Ultrashape Power. I had my first session on June 12. I didn't notice a difference right away. I just had my second treatment on the 5th of July and I'm down an inch around my abdomen already. I can't wait to see the results after my third treatment. The procedure itself is painless ...almost feels like a lightly warmed massage. I drank a to of water after my treatment and stayed away from fatty foods
Dr Kilmer and her staff were absolutely amazing! I had the coolmini procedure done on my chin and the results are stunning! I haven't felt so comfortable with the skin under my chin in years! They were so great with this procedure that I went back for a few more :)! Can't say enough great words about Dr. Kilmer and her staff!!
I've wanted to get Voluma before it was even approved by the FDA. Got it done today. They inject deep on the bone- but there was no pain?! Botox hurts more and it hardly hurts. There's a little swelling so I don't know the end result. But I definitely have more cheekbone. I'll keep you updated- but I think i'll like it. Updated on 21 Jul 2014: No pain, no bruising. A little tender for a few days. It has given my face a little lift. It is subtle- and I like it.
Menopause hit hard and fast. I was thrust into menopause practically overnight 4 years ago when I had to take tamoxifen for breast cancer (which I stopped taking a year later due to bad side effects). It was truly a terrible experience, but that is for another post. I am 52 years old, and for the last 3 years, intercourse has been becoming more and more painful, to the point that I avoid intercourse at all costs, and it does cost. For a woman who has been very sensual her
I did fraxal with the infamous doctor kilmer. Shes my dermatologist but i actually had a nurse do the procedure. It was very painful. The nurse said it was on a very high setting. I did forehead, nose, cheeks. I also did v beam around my nose. I think the key with stuff like this since i have tattoos is how you take care of it after they are done doing procedure on you. If you dont' take care of it right your going to get bad results. I seen people have ruined tattoos becasue
