Does hyaluronidase injected only under the muscle reduce the risk of dissolving one's own hyaluronic acid? (Photo)

RunAfterIt
I recently got restylane injections to try to correct some bagging I had under my eyes, but I think my injector may have gotten a little overzealous and exercised a bit of creative license to give me what he felt was an optimal result (although I was already very content with the base structure of my face). I've read some horror stories here about doctors being cavalier with hyaluronidase. He advises me that there's no risk of collateral damage if he only injects under the muscle. Is this true?
