Hi-I underwent "FUE-Hair Transplant" of 1200 follicles 3 months ago. All the transplanted hair was grown initially & fallen out all by 6th week. Currently at 3 months, 30% transplanted area showing baby hairs from their pores. Remaining 70% area didn't push out any hairs from their pores & looks like "bald skin" as their are no hairs popped out. Today my surgeon said "70% area has hair roots below the skin & not visible now. but will take another month to come out to visible". Is it normal case?

Your doctor explained this will happen, right? Transplanted hairs usually falls out in days to weeks and after about a month you may look like (or worse) than prior to surgery. It takes months to start seeing new hairs grow out.
Hello, please see below for some helpful information. We advise to avoid sexual activity for first week after hair transplantation. The rationale is to avoid increasing blood pressure. There are no studies supporting this however.

It is too early to say something about the donor area. it can be a shock loss and you should wait until it gets held totally and consult with your doctor
