After a hair transplant, the transplanted grafts go into a dormant state where no regrowth is seen for some months after the procedure.  On average, the transplanted hairs will start to regrow between 4 to 6 months after the procedure.  The grafted hairs grow at different rates and not all the hairs start to grow in simultaneously.     

In general transplanted hairs fall out in weeks to months and it starts to regrow in 6 to 12 months.  Some may see growth in 1 to 2 months.  Some may see growth after 12 months.

Transplanted  hairs may take several months to come in  after surgery.   Because the graphs can be harmed during the surgical procedure many times they are stunned and it is not uncommon for hairs to grow slowly back in over a six-month period.   I recommend the use of growth factors and  implanters with every surgery which minimizes  trauma  and promotes faster  hair growth    be patient I'm sure  more hair is coming

Each hair gives through its intrinsic hair cycle and sometimes it may take up to two years for all the hairs to grow in.  But most of the growth usually happens between 9-12 months. 

Usually these hair transplant grafts fall out in 2-3 weeks, but I have seen them last for up to a year or so. They will eventually fall out on their own
