After 49 days post op Fue i look exactly the same before transplant?!

Your doctor explained this will happen, right?  Transplanted hairs usually falls out in days to weeks and after about a month you may look like (or worse) than prior to surgery.  It takes months to start seeing new hairs grow out.

This is normal and should not be cause for alarm. Most - and sometimes almost all - of the hairs that are transplanted fall out a few days/weeks after the transplant. This is due to the fact that during a hair transplant procedure the hair follicles to be transplanted are detached from their blood supply. Once inserted into the new area where they are going to grow, these vascular connections need to be redone, and it takes time for it to happen. Hence, usually follicles will shed temporarily, to start growing back a few months later.

What you have described is normal. To review your post op  expectations, be sure to review with your surgeon what to expect from day 1-365 post transplant. In general, hairs start to fall out between day 7 and 30 and then reappear day 70-120
