Hi.  The effect you are asking about is not obtained by a forehead lift, but rather by an adjustment of the lateral canthal tendon, with either a canthopexy or canthoplasty operation. (an eye operation, rather than a forehead operation)Best to see your local plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon to discuss whether this is an option for you.

It is possible to tilt the outer corner of the eyes slightly upward.  The simple way is to lift the torehead andbrow, pulling the skin upward.  This is not going to last very long The best and permanent way is totake the corner of the eye loose from the bone and moving it up 2 millimeters, re-attaching it to the bone.Obviously the surgeon must know what he's/she's doing.  Be sure you really want to do this.Be sure you see an experienced board certified plastic surgeon or oculo-plastic surgeon.E.
