Possible to make eyes tilt slightly upwards at the outer corners (i.e. through lifting)? (Photo)

When performing a forehead lift/hairline reduction, is it possible to also pull the skin at the temples upwards as well so as to slightly lift and elongate the corners of the eyes? (I.e. cat eyes or exotic eyes such as Adriana Lima, Megan Fox and Alena Shishkova; of course make-up enhances the effect but their eyes already are tilted at the corners, and not very round in general)

Thank you for your question. Based upon the information given regarding thin hair, it sounds like you may be a good candidate for an endoscopic browlift. There are several other types of browlifts that may or may not be suitable after a formal evaluation. I hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. A temple lift should improve lateral brow ptosis and eyelid hooding, but will not be as long lasting as a traditional full browlift. I hope this helps!

Photos and an exam would be required for the best opinion. However, base on your age i would certainly try out Botox on the high side to lower it rather than consider surgery as the first approach.
