As you can see from my pic I have pytosis of my eyelids making me look angry and tired most of the time. I am constantly lifting brows, hence wrinkles on forehead. My concern is that my skin is tight on my forehead therefore an incision in hairline to pull from will not work. Tension applied to sides does nothing. As you can see I'm fair skinned. Do you think I would do okay with a direct brow lift? I'm concerned about the scar but am very confident in my surgeon. Thanks

Photos and an exam would be required for the best opinion. However, base on your age i would certainly try out Botox on the high side to lower it rather than consider surgery as the first approach.
Thank you for your question. If you have a hairline that starts sloping backwards on your forehead, hairstyling should hide it or an implant can be placed under the skin to give a more rounded look to your forehead. If you do not have hair, then hair transplants can also work....
