Do you think I would do okay with a direct brow lift? (photos)

You trust your surgeon, and it also sounds like you have done some research (you mentioned the word ptosis, for example.)I am sure my colleagues will agree that your picture isn't enough to help us give you advice. (Though I understand why it's tough to post a more complete picture of yourself on the web.)Here are a couple of thoughts you might find useful:-The scar shouldn't be an issue in a brow lift: it's hidden in the hair.- you can also ask your surgeon about an upper blepharoplasty--maybe that is an option. - wrinkles on the forehead can be treated with dysport or botox (but in your case, I would avoid it on the forehead as it might accentuate what you are experiencing as heavy lids...though a small amount just on the edges of your upper orbicularis muscle might give you a little lift in the brows if done correctly.)- a brow-lift won't change your eyelidsI just uploaded some great pictures of upper blepharoplasty...take a look at them and see if it's something that might apply to you.Glad you have a surgeon you can trust.
