Can my breasts and abdomen be done at the same time? Recent weight loss (photos)

I’ve lost 225 lbs in the past 2 years. I’ve had 3 PS consults so far; the recommendations have been vastly different: Option 1: belt lift and lipo; convert to FDL in 2nd round when we do breasts Option 2: FDL belt, lipo, torsoplasty, BBL; breasts and arms 2nd round Option 3: FDL extended TT, breast lift/implants (lipo tbd); arms 2nd round, torsoplasty 3rd round I’d like to do breasts and stomach same time, but only 1 seems to think it’s doable. Is there a reason most want to do separately?

It is wonderful what you have achieved after massive weight loss!! I am certain you want to look wonderful after the body reconstruction BUT it hasn’t pass through your mind you may end up with a bad complication or even losing your life. So a Safe plastic surgery and specifically after massive weight loss should never cross the line of the 6 hour surgery, for that reason the staging. Plus non of the surgeries you need are short or small and Non is about just skin resection, it is a real Total rejuvenation (lifting). 
As expert in Massive weight loss surgery, my recommendation will be:
Stage 1: Lower Body Lift (360) Fleur de lis to
Remove excess of width and length, with muscle repair for a flatter abdomen and smaller waist, Mons lift and reduction, front and outer thigh tightening, real buttocks lift, liposuction to lovehandles and waist, fat grafting to hips and possibly buttocks. 
Stage 2: upper body lift: Major breast lift and augmentation using small implant, Arm lift, lateral torsoplasty (saggy sides of breast) and back lift. 
You will look astonishing after all. Recovery will be very difficult and challenging so you will need Nurse care 24/7 for at least 10-14 days after each stage. (Recovery center)  but at the end all be worth it. 
As expert in After weight loss surgery, this is a very common combination of procedures.

I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

Unfortunately, you have not told us your height and weight. However, I frequently do breast lift and tummy tuck at the same time. It usually takes about 6 hours to do both procedures. The breasts take about 4 hours and the tummy takes about 2 hours. After these are completed, I would recommend the posterior continuation of your tummy tuck and possibly a back lift.

In your case I would start with either a full tummy tuck or belt lipectomy. It’s plenty to go through and you will undoubtably need to be done in stages anyway. Stay away from the FDL. It adds an unnecessary scar and can cause healing complications

Hello, thank you for your question. Congratulations on the weight loss! that is truly fantastic. Yes in short you can do multiple surgeries together. Typically we can do 2-3 surgeries within one case and then bring your back for more at a later date. You can do your arms, liposuction and brachiaplasty and breast lift with liposuction to your bra rolls. Or you can do breast and abdomen first. We typically recommend doing the longer more difficult to recover surgeries first so it would be abdominoplasty and perhaps breast or can do a 360 belt lipectomy. Speak with your plastic surgeon. There is no right or wrong answer. You will need small revisions along the way due to the amount of excess skin.

Outpatient surgery should be around 4 hours with general anesthesia, with a maximum up to 5-6, depending upon the facility and their accreditation. Your abdomen alone could easily be a 4-5 hour procedure. Your breasts would be at least 2 hours. Unless you want an overnight stay, you will need two surgeries.  the safest way for you is to do those separately. Also, I have not discussed if and what medical issues you currently have.
