How to get a similar look to my pre-pregnancy breasts? (photos)

I’m three months post partum and am depressed with the look of my breasts. I don’t like the appreance of my nipples/areoles, the change of shape and the more pronounced asymmetry. What would be the best procedure to get a similar look to my pre-pregnancy breasts. I didn’t breastfeed.

This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

you need to wait until you are done with breastfeeding to see the shape and size of your breasts. In most cases, breast lift is the best option after breastfeeding. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Hello, thank you for your question. Unfortunately our bodies are constantly changing over time. Part of the beauty is that our bodies change to adapt to our environment, breasts change to prepare for breast feeding. So while you may not be so happy with how they look now, you should give it a bit of time before jumping into surgery since they can change a bit more pending if you are breast feeding. There isn't a magical surgery to have your body return to how it was before. Plastic surgeons can help improve the appearance. Speak to your plastic surgeon for some options.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You will need a lift to raise your breasts. If you want more volume, implants can be added. If you are happy with your size, then just do the lift. If you plan to have more children, wait until you have had all the children you want.
