I got a lift and augmentation 7/20/22. I’m unhappy with my results and my doctor is not acknowledging all my concerns. My areolas are to big & shaped weird, with keloid scars and the left areola is not in the center of my boob. That boob looks saggy and it’s bigger then my right boob, when originally my left boob was my smaller boob. I also have no curves/fullness at the top of my boobs, which I wanted. Fullness at the top is important to me, that’s why I payed 10k to have my boob fixed.
Answer: Revision surgery Dear Maehul2022, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Surgery First, you do not have keloids scars, but your scars can be improved with a revision or micro-needling. Second, your breasts sit somewhat low on your chest and will never be able to be moved to sit higher. The bases of your breasts cannot be moved. The areolae can be revised to be smaller, and some excess skin inferiorly can be removed to be tightened. However, skin may stretch again. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Answer: Unhappy with breast lift and augmentation Hello, thank you for your question. Sorry to hear that you are unhappy. Despite any surgeons best efforts we try to make the size as symmetrical as possible but there is always a degree of asymmetry between the two. Regards to your hypertrophic scars those can be reduce and smoothed out. We can not predict how much the areolas stretch or how your scars will heal. Regards to the left and upper pole fullness it will be difficult for me to assess without knowing the surgical details. I would try speaking to your plastic surgeon once more and focus on one thing that is really bothering you in order of what you want addressed. Best of luck.
