58yo female 6.1 ft tall 210 pds Size C cup 1984 silicone implants removed, left ruptured. Replaced w/ 365cc of Natrelle Inspira #Allergan silicone breast implants. 2-3 months after surgery, they smoved, scared me I told nurse, she angrily said I should have gotten a breast lift, that that’s why this happened. I sdid not care my breast low, did not want my nipples cut off - that’s what Victoria Secrets bras are for:) I am DEFormed, depressed & afraid of original doc/team.
Answer: Surgery With your one photo of laying on the bed, your breasts do move to the sides like natural breasts do. If that bothers you, the lateral pockets can be tightened. If you have other concerns, please post photos of you standing with front and sides views.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Unhappy with breast surgery In order to help you better you may want to reconsider how you post your question. In order for us to make a good assessment and give you quality advice we need quality accurate information. This should include providing us with proper before, and after pictures, as well as proper time frames of all previous surgeries, including size and type of implants used. You may want to have somebody proofread your post before you publish it. Ruptured silicone implants sometimes create capsular contractions, which is a known complication. The treatment of a capsular contraction is usually removing the scar tissue creating the capsule (capsular contraction). This is usually called a capsulectomy(sometimes capsulotomy). If you had a capsular contraction and this was treated, it would be helpful for us to know that. It would also be helpful for us to know the exact nature of your discontent position regarding the outcome of the procedure. It appears your picture is of you laying on your back. We generally do breast assessments with patients in an upright standing position. If you’re unhappy with your current provider, then I suggest you consider getting a second opinion consultations. In order for surgeons to give you a good assessment, and good advice it helps if you come prepared bringing with you a complete set of before and after pictures as well as operative reports of previous procedures. These are part of your medical records that you can request copies of it if you ask your current or previous providers. You do not appear deformed based on the picture you provided. There may be room for improvement regarding the outcome of your breast procedure, but we need better information in order to make a quality assessment and give you a quality recommendations. The response to your post may be limited, and this may be a reflection of how the information was presented. I would encourage you to consider re-posting or schedule a few in person a second opinion consultations with other providers. Best wishes, Mats Hagstrom, MD
