Hi I did coolsculpting about 4 months ago and am now scheduled to have my flanks done. My biggest issue is stretch mark and creepy skin. my provider has recently purchased the Zimmer Z wave pro machine and thinks it will help tighten my abdomen area. Aside from it being used directly after Coolsculpting in the place of manual massage....what results are u seeing with skin tightening, cellulite reduction, etc? How effective is this machine proving to be? Thanks!

Answer: Z Wave with Coolsculpting Thank you for your question and posting your picture. We have been using Z Wave for a number of years as an adjunctive treatment for cellulite, post liposuction and with Vanquish Me. With the addition of Coolsculpting, we are now using it immediately following the Coolsculpting procedure. There are reports of up to a 50% improvement in fat cell reduction at 30 days when Z Wave is added to Coolsculpting and Vanquish Me. As for the effects on Cellulite and stretch marks, these improvements are generally temporary. The best longterm treatment for cellulite is Cellfina. I find that RF micro-needling is the best treatment for stretch marks.I hope this is helpful - Dr Moore.
