In my experience, most devices for cellulite, including lasers, have proven of questionable value, with results being subtle, inconsistent and variable. Cellfina is essentially a bells and whistles subcision device, and rigorous science in large scale trials and with large numbers of patients does not exist to prove that it is really better than ordinary, relatively quick and inexpensive manually performed subcision (with or without the addition of a biostimulatory volumizing filler), which has a track record of being used for over two decades to treat dimpled cellulite. Body vectoring, a variation of a skin boostering injection technique using biostimulatory fillers, may be used to tighten and smooth the skin when dealing with the wavy form of cellulite. Save your time and money jumping from one to another  "next best thing" devices to come along and instead make certain that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician. Cellulite is extremely common. An estimated 100 million women in the USA between the ages of 20-54 voice concern about #cellulite. Cellulite is caused by fibrous bands underneath the skin that compress #fat, #diet and #exercise do little to help the appearance of this condition.  Clinical treatments offer the most effective and longest lasting results.  We can now offer improvements that should last at least 2-3 years. My office also recommends three different procedures: ThermiSmooth, VelaShape 3, and Cellfina or Cellifina Platinum.  ThermiSmooth is a #noninvasive treatment that uses very controlled #radio frequencies that deep heat target tissues and stimulate #collagen growth, improving the appearance of cellulite.  A series of three to six treatments are needed for the best results.  #Thermismooth may also be used to treat fine lines or wrinkles.

radial pulsed therapy makes it a perfect adjunct for CoolSculpting,
as it helps to break up destroyed fat cells and make your results
more uniform. The Zwave has been studied in Italy for cellulite and
it can be temporarily effective. In my experience and according to
the judgement of the FDA, Cellfina is the most effective and longest
lasting (up to 3 years and counting) method to resolve cellulite.

Cellulite
is a condition of the skin, not of the fat. Cellulite's
characteristic dimples are caused by bands of skin called septi that
adhere to the fat, acting much like the buttons in a piece of tufted
furniture. Releasing the “buttons” allows the overlying skin to
smooth out. Cellfina accomplishes this by using a tiny needle-like
blade to cut the septi, which allows the skin to be released from the
fat and lie more smoothly. It takes about an hour to treat up to 30
or 35 dimples. Please find a board-certified dermatologist who has
expertise using Cellfina to find out if this effective cellulite
treatment is right for you.

This is tough to answer without pictures. The best treatment for cellulite is Cellfina. However, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement.  I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. A VASER HI DEF procedure can be done for more contouring. Cost will vary, but see an expert for a formal evaluation.
