Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Without knowing exactly where your injector performed your treatment it is difficult to offer definite advice but fortunately true nerve injury after filler placement is exceedingly rare.  There is a small nerve branch that runs over the lower border of the jawbone just to the side of the chin and if this was either stretched, numbed from the lidocaine present in the filler, or irritated due to the swelling that accompanies treatment it may be temporarily affected.  I know waiting is difficult but I would allow more time to pass and you should see steady, spontaneous improvement to restore your previous right lip lowering ability.  Hope this helps.

Hi, thank you for your question and photos. Based on your description and the fact that it has been 24 hours since your treatment, it is very likely that a nerve called marginal mandibular nerve which runs along the jawline, has gotten affected. This is most likely a temporary affect due to inflammation from the filler treatment. I would recommend waiting a couple of more days for this to subside on its own as the swelling starts to diminish. If after a week, you don't notice any improvements please contact your provider.
