It depends how long ago you had the fillers put in. You need at least a week or two before you get the final results. If it’s swelling it will go away and if the problem is the filler you can get it dissolved if your filler is hyaluronic based.

Give it a full 2 weeks for the swelling to completely resolve before deciding how you feel about the result. It really looks well done and not at all excessive from the photo. I would strongly caution you against considering reversing the filler, though, as this can be unpredictable and uneven. It is common for patients to feel the enhancement is exaggerated immediately after treatment because it is different. And very often, once they get used to it, they decide they want more filler to achieve the more full look they had when the area was still a little swollen. I think you will be delighted once you get used to it and after the swelling has gone!
