What procedure/s would give my face and profile a more harmonious look? (Photos)

I’m wondering what can be done to make my face more harmonious? I think that my chin is too pointy (especially when I smile). I also think a rhinoplasty would also help. I kind of feel like my face is too long lengthwise. What procedure/s would give me a more balanced/feminine facial appearance? Thank you!

Really we'd need a good size view. Sometimes a wide chin is also a recessed chin and a small, quickly placed, chin implant is all you need to reach your goals.However, other times we need to shrink the jaw bone.Both are frequent procedures in my office.  Watch our videos to learn more.

Yes, we'd need to look at what was done and what (and why) you want it adjusted.  Custom implants can be made or we can build back the area with a bone cement or other material.  The same incision as before would likely be used though in some situations it could be done with an endoscopic approach.

Facial feminization for a more feminine and attractive appearance. Based on my 45 years of FFS I would suggest a Rhinoplasty -hump removal and tip refinement etc  and a chin reduction and contouring. Your cheeks are fine. A lip lift with fat augmentation would also be helpful. No X-rays are ne...

You can have a much more feminine face with a Forehead Lift using the Irregular Trichophytic Incision so no scar is seen as hair grows thru the scar and in front of it. Your left brow can be raised more than the right to make them more symmetrical. Small cheek implants can be done as well.

I need to see more views of your head to give  a informed answer. Brow bone can be shaved if it sticks out too far and should be done by a very experienced surgeon!
