Your frontal chin looks wide and asymmetrical making your overall look more muscular. You can consider mini V line surgery for reshaping the chin. Mini V line surgery narrows the wide frontal chin to create a V-line through T osteotomy and creates a more feminine chin line.

As you have described your lower facial concerns in three dimensions (wide, long and round), these are issues of excess for which any form of augmentation (e.g., chin fillers) is going in the wrong direction for improvement. You specifically need vertical chin reduction with narrowing as well as jaw width reduction behind the chin. This is a form of overall jaw reduction which is a modification from the classic v-line surgery which involves more aggressive bone removal than you need.
