I am a Cis woman, but have looked into FFS surgery. But my biggest issues are a misaligned jaw which makes my right side look like it's curving to the left. You can have a much more feminine face with a Forehead Lift using the Irregular Trichophytic Incision so no scar is seen as hair grows thru the scar and in front of it. Your left brow can be raised more than the right to make them more symmetrical. Small cheek implants can be done as well.
