Facial feminization for a more feminine and attractive appearance. Based on my 45 years of FFS I would suggest a Rhinoplasty -hump removal and tip refinement etc  and a chin reduction and contouring. Your cheeks are fine. A lip lift with fat augmentation would also be helpful. No X-rays are needed for the jaw. See a very experienced FFS surgeon who can show you dozens of results that look natural!

Desquaring your chin and jawline by bone reduction, as you have indicated, would provide the biggest facial feminization effect. (aka v-line surgery)  Due to the asymmetry of your lower jaw preoperative x-rays are needed to determine how the bone reduction would be different between the two sides. The chin cleft requires fat grafting. Making the cheekbones higher/bigger requires implant augmentation which may require a custom design to optimally achieve the desired effect.,
