What procedure could make my brow ridge appear less prominent? I want more feminine looking eyes

I need to see more views of your head to give  a informed answer. Brow bone can be shaved if it sticks out too far and should be done by a very experienced surgeon!

Greetings, thank you for your question. It's hard to tell how protruded your bone is on this picture. In general there is a surgery called Brow Bone reduction.  It gives the best result with a forehead fat graft, however it can be performed separately. 
An incision is made above the eyebrow. The solid orbital rims are then shaved, and the incision area is sutured.The brows area can be numb, and it takes several months for a recovery. 
An experienced FFS surgeon need to examine your X ray and bone structure to give more detailed recommendations.
