I was in the Hospital for 2 days. My PS had drained the Hematoma in a 2nd procedure when a chest tube was being placed, I have had a drain in for 5 days. I am still getting 40 cc's of light red blood in the drainage tube. My PS wants to remove the drain as do I am but I don't want another Hematoma. I am also concerned about infection. What do I do.
