My PS told me to start massaging my boobs only once a day for 30 seconds to 1 minute. At my one week follow up he said my results are looking exactly how we want them for a week. He taught me how to massage and when I do, my left breast seems to be taking it just fine and feels squishier than my right. My right breast feels a lot stiffer and it's pretty painful when I do my massages. Are they just dropping at different rates? Should I massage my dominant (r) side more?
