I’ve had lipo twice on my thighs along with inner/ outer thigh lift performed with two separate surgeries. The last surgery was Oct 2018. I was told the trade off for better looking thighs was a few scars. have bad results AND scars. I have dents in the front of my thighs, pockets of fat and a banana roll under my right butt cheek. Is there something I can do at home because I’m out of money. If I go back to my doctor he’ll want at least $2000 for the surgery center, which he owns.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Thank you for your questionA combination approach would give the most improvement. I recommend first trying body treatments such as RF like Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra, Inmode Forma/Contoura with shock therapy Z-Wave/Cellutone/Evive to break apart scar tissue. A VASER HI DEF procedure can be done for more contouring and smoothing, if you're a candidate. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/InMode BodyTite and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. It is critical for patients to do their homework prior to undergoing liposuction contouring especially in the legs that are very intricate and prone to complications. At this point, you will have to have a high definition body contouring specialist correct your deformities. Unfortunately, revision surgery is even more expensive than your original surgery.
