I had an Infini treatment 4 days ago for tightening the skin on my neck and my face. The swelling ,bruising and redness are improving, but I have noticed that the skin under my chin look more saggy than before the treatment, and when I touch the skin in that area it feels very soft, loose, "shaky", just not as firm as it was before. When I walk around I can actually feel that skin moving around like nothing is holding it. Is this a normal reaction? Will it get better?

I really do not know. Closer examination needs to be conducted. If this is hypertrophic scarring, injections and CO2 laser will be better than INFINI. If this is elastosis, a few sessions of Infini maybe appropriate. All the best, Dr Davin S. Lim. Brisbane.

I would say that the treatment was perhaps too aggressive. Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation has occurred. Despite insulated needles, the Infini can cause PIH if there is too much energy given.
