I am a 65-year-old woman who has developed loose/sagging skin under my chin. I am trying to decide between Infini RF and Thermage (with fillers). Which procedure(s) - shirt of a neck lift - would be most beneficial for me?

I would say that the treatment was perhaps too aggressive. Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation has occurred. Despite insulated needles, the Infini can cause PIH if there is too much energy given. This needs to be treated with retin A, hydroquinones, peels, and perhaps pico lasers. It looks like ...
Minocycline has the advantage of being an antibiotic as well as an anti-inflammatory. It can be utilized with most acne scarring procedures. I would advise not treating until the acne is no longer active.
In my opinion I would prefer to do the infini RF first and then follow it with the Palomar IPL. The IPL would then be able to take care of any redness or potential hyperpigmentation from the infini procedure. I would also suggest that the infini RF be performed with a mask of PRP post-procedure....
