In my opinion, infini RF produces more tightening than Thermage. External radio frequency can only deliver  energy from the skin surface. Infini RF can penetrate and treat all layers of skin down to 3 mm. It's important to find someone who has experience in infini RF. Ask to see photos.

There are many treatments which can improve the neck skin without surgery. But please remember that surgery is the gold standard for tightening. Kybella can reduce some of the fat of both the neck and jowl area. Procedures that heat the skin, generally with radiofrequency such as Thermage or Exilis can tighten a bit. A combination of treatments often work the best. Exilis Ultra is a combination of radiofrequency and ultrasound that works well. Microneedling causes a mechanical injury to the skin which makes it tighten up some. The combination of radiofrequency and microneedling (we use Infini RF in our practice) also has some very good results. Almost all of the non invasive treatments require multiple sessions to get the best results  and often use of multiple different machines can give the best results. 

Infini RF is a more powerful skin tightening device than Thermage. Infini works using multiple tiny needles that directly cause coagulation of the dermis to produce both collagen and elastin, thickening and tightening the skin. Thermage works by heating from the skin surface. Find someone who has a lot of experience with Infini.
