I recommend following up with your Doctor about after care and skin care recommendations. LED therapy with lightstim right now would help. We suggest all patients follow up with facials like Silk Peel Dermalinfusuion to hydrate, exfoliate and provide the skin with antioxidants. Sun protection is also essential. There is significantly more bruising and healing than our typical treatments. As Dr. Lim stated, the device is only as good as the person using it. I would use a vascular laser to improve the bruising and redness and to expedite healing. 

Impossible to give a constructive comment if we do not know the treatment depth, pulse duration as well as wattage or treatment level. Additionally the number of passes and the timing of pulsing is super important. Infini is a device, much like CO2 or erbium laser- these devices are very powerful, and experience is everything. The outcomes depends on the user (80%), with the correct settings, the device only counts for 20% of the outcome. I am sorry to hear about your experience, however your skin will heal up within the next few weeks. A short course of anti inflammatory abs together with Heal Lite and skin care can accelerate healing.
