Can Infini remove this kind of scars as well? I'm asking about the scar inside the black circle the one only. (Photo)

Acne scars that are flat, superficial and white may not improve from microneedling with radiofrequency as much as those that are depressed. Regardless of the procedure, Infini, Fraxel Repair, Fraxel Restore/Dual, Clear and Brilliant, Halo, at times we see subtle improvement in these shiny white elevations and other times we see no change. We don''t have criteria we can use preoperatively to determine what the chance of improvement is so typically I do these treatments to treat the depressed scars and if there is improvement in the shiny flat scars then I consider that a "bonus." 

I really do not know. Closer examination needs to be conducted. If this is hypertrophic scarring, injections and CO2 laser will be better than INFINI. If this is elastosis, a few sessions of Infini maybe appropriate. All the best, Dr Davin S. Lim. Brisbane.
