How long to wait after Palomar Icon 1540 treatment to get Infini RF on same area?

Typically we recommend that you wait about two weeks to heel properly. Less downtime and less risk of pigmentation issues means more treatments are needed, but the end result is a safe improvement that builds over time. Thank You!Dr.Jason Emer.

In my opinion I would prefer to do the infini RF first and then follow it with the Palomar IPL. The IPL would then be able to take care of any redness or potential hyperpigmentation from the infini procedure. I would also suggest that the infini RF be performed with a mask of PRP post-procedure. This will speed up the healing approximately 30%.

You can have Infini as soon as your skin is recovered from the fractional laser. It probably does not matter what order in which you do the treatments, although I usually do Infini first.

Absolutely agree with Dr Rapaport, the NA 1540 wave-lenght is very similar to Fraxel 1550. Palomar is over a decade old, does it work? Yes, but with correct settings Infini will give better results.
