I had a surgery 13 years ago on my chest cause of gynicomasti and since then my chest is like this as you see, i can't take off my shirt or have sex due to this diformation. I consulted with a gym trainer and he said it will fix by exercise, but a very famous plastic surgeon doctor said it doesn't fix by going to gym and i have to do surgery again.i don't know what to do. Which one should i listen? Gym or surgery?

Answer: Revision of gynecomastia As mentioned previously, the contour irregularities you have will not be fixed by exercise. Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, who can do a thorough exam and give you options to correct/improve your problem. Based on your photos alone, I would recommend fat transfer.

Answer: Gynecomastia Revision Hi milad,Thanks for the post and photo. You have had too much tissue removed resulting in cratering. This will not correct with exercise. You will need surgery to correct this. There are several options to correct this: 1) Taking the fat from the areas around the depression and rotating it in-this is called a fat flap. 2) Fat grafting where fat is taken from another part of your body (abdomen, flanks) and injected into the area. 3) Custom made implants to match the area that is depressed. You would need to be examined in person to determine the best technique. Sincerely,Dr. Dadvand
