I’m planning to have my tummy fixed after 2 kids. The 2nd child was c-section I have loose skin and about 3 fingers abs split. I was recommended for jplasma over tummy tuck. What do you think please. I’m very active, exercise every day but I can’t get rid of the loose skin.
Answer: Tummy Tuck vs J Plasma Alone Based on your pictures you may be an excellent candidate for a full tummy tuck in order to address the excess skin that is contributing to the appearance of irregularities and dimpling on your abdomen. While Renuvion J Plasma is effective at tightening skin through its effect on collagen contraction on the treated areas, it does have its limitations. The tummy tuck can include muscle plication to tighten your abdominal muscles and help give the appearance of a flatter abdomen in order to address your "3 fingers abs split". A virtual or in person consultation with a TummyTuck specialist will provide you an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Brandon Richland, MD

Answer: My Recommendation Dear Mamanoosh, Thank you for your question. After analyzing your case I can say you're a good candidate for Lipo + Tummy Tuck with muscle Reppair and if like so also a BBL. I'm sure those procedures will give you an amazing result! Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: Tummy tuck abdominoplasty horizontal tummy tuck lower body lift mommy makeover extended tummy tuck stomach lipo liposuction Thank you for your question regarding if J-Plasma will work in place of a tummy tuck. By examining your pictures, your issue is excess skin. Not excess fat. J-Plasma may have some skin tightening qualities but it won't fix a majority of your problems. I recommend a tummy tuck with muscle plication. Most plastic surgeons include muscle plication with their tummy tucks. Muscle plication is when we permanently suture the abdominal muscles to bring in the waistline by 4-6 inches. This will help with a distended tummy after pregnancy. I hope this helps answer your question regarding whether j-plasma will suffice or if you are better suited for a tummy tuck. If you have any more questions regarding a tummy tuck, lower body lift, 360 circumferential lower body lift, belt lipectomy, belt abdominoplasty, or belt dermolipectomy please contact my office. Since the body lift is a big procedure, please seek an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing the lower body lift. Do your research. Make sure they have performed at least 100 tummy tuck or circumferential lower body lift surgeries and have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. If you cannot find an experienced, tummy tuck or lower body lift surgeon in your neighborhood, consider traveling out of state if you must. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Answer: Tummy tuck or J-Plasma or loose skin & 3 fingers abs split? Hello @Mamanoosh, thank you for your question. thank you for your question and showing your pictures. Ideally, a patient should undergo a personalized consultation with a surgeon, during which a surgical plan tailored to the patient's expectations will be presented. However, from your pictures, a mini tummy tuck modified lipectomy could be an option that leaves a small scar and improves the overall appearance of the abdomen. For more information and recommendations, it is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD.
