Age 55, small frame & waist, can tummy tuck help back skin at all? (Photos)

Question

I'm 55 with small frame (size 2) and small waist. Weight is stable but lower back skin is drooping. I believe this is actually due to my pregnancy with an 8 pound baby age 41, just an excess of skin all the way around. could a tummy tuck slightly improve some of this back skin laxity? If I pull forward my abdomen, I can see an effect on my lower back droop. I won’t do a back lift because of the scarring.

   Thanks for posting your pictures. From observing your pictures it appears that since you have some fat in the area and minimal to moderate skin laxity , aggressive  liposuction with multiple entry spots will be able to flatten the area by removing fat  and tighten the skin due to subcutaneous scar contraction. Skin excision is unnecessary , which will avoid your dreaded scars.
   Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of liposuction in the photo gallery to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive.

A tummy tuck may give some mild improvement on the sides. You could consider minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency like Renuvion or Thermitight.

The only way to remove skin laxity is through skin excision. A full tummy tuck it’s not going to have any impact beyond the area where skin is excised. The benefit in regards to treating skin laxity is going to be limited by the length of the incision.
Individuals who have extensive skin laxity need a more extensive procedure. if you wanna get rid of the skin laxity on your back then you’ll need a wraparound tummy tuck a.k.a. body lift.
There are no good non-surgical alternatives to skin laxity on your torso.
Non-excision treatments like bodytite, J plasma a.k.a. Renuvion Will leave you disappointed.
With age we loose skin elasticity and this only continues to get worse year after year.Best,
