From observing your pictures it appears that since you have some fat in the area and minimal to moderate skin laxity , aggressive liposuction with multiple entry spots will be able to flatten the area by removing fat and tighten the skin due to subcutaneous scar contraction. Skin excision is unnecessary , which will avoid your dreaded scars.
Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of liposuction in the photo gallery to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive.

A tummy tuck will not remove excess skin on your back. You will need excision of excess skin of the back.

A tummy tuck will not resolve the excess skin on your back unless you consider an incision that goes all the way around your body. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Hello. My anwser is no, it will not help you to get rid of the excessive skin in your back, unless you submit to a belt lipectomy, in which the incision goes all around your waist, from back to front.

A tummy tuck may give some mild improvement on the sides. You could consider minimally invasive skin tightening with radiofrequency like Renuvion or Thermitight.

The only way to remove skin laxity is through skin excision. A full tummy tuck it’s not going to have any impact beyond the area where skin is excised. The benefit in regards to treating skin laxity is going to be limited by the length of the incision.
Individuals who have extensive skin laxity need a more extensive procedure. if you wanna get rid of the skin laxity on your back then you’ll need a wraparound tummy tuck a.k.a. body lift.
