Hello Dr's, Would it be ok to have a TT first before Lipo? I can only do one at a time due to financial reasons. I have loose hanging skin in my abdominal area. Im worried my body will look odd with TT only. Pleass help. The website will not allow me to upload the photos.

Answer: Tummy Tuck Candidate Thanks for your question. From your pictures you seem to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck. At my practice, the tummy tuck includes liposuction of the flanks and muscle repair. Being as close to your ideal weight is always recommended. I suggest scheduling a consult for a proper evaluation. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Optimal Procedure Timeline Based on your picture, you may benefit from a staged procedure with the first procedure consisting of a tummy tuck with muscle plication. This will tighten your abdominal muscles in a "corset-like" fashion and comprehensively remove fat and excess skin from your abdomen. 6-12 months later you may benefit from having liposuction to your abdomen, flanks, and other areas of concern in order to remove any remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. If some skin redundancy aka "loose skin" is present, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin and optimize your overall outcome.A virtual or in person consultation with a Tummy Tuck specialist will provide you with an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Brandon Richland, MD
