5'11, 225lbs, tummy tuck, lipo 360 & fat transfer to breasts - will I have a nice shape & waistline? (Photos)

I am 5”11 I currently weigh 225 I have 5 children which include a set of twins. I had a breast reduction in April 2021. The surgeon went too small from what I was I asked him not to go so small for my frame. I have extra skin that I can’t get rid of to save my life from my C-section. I want to do a fat transfer to my breasts to make them have a bit more volume. As well as a tummy tuck and lipo 360. Do you think I will have a very nice shape and a good waist line?

Thank you for your question regarding whether you will have a nice shape after a tummy tuck, lipo 360, and fat transfer to the breasts. I think your shape will significantly improve after these procedures. The tummy tuck with muslce plication will help you achieve more hourglass figure. I think the cherry on top would be to later get a vertical torsoplasty with an incision from your armpit, down your sides, and ending over your hips. This will snatch any excess skin over the love handles, flanks, and some excess skin from the back (which you may have after liposuction). Even without the vertical torsoplasty, I think you'll be extremely happy with your results from the tummy tuck, lipo 360, and fat transfer to breasts.

You will have an improved waistline from a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This will address muscle wall laxity, subcutaneous fat and excess skin.  It does not address visceral fat (internal fat behind the abdominal muscle wall)  A discussion with your surgeon is best to determine the best approach to your breast concerns. You’ll be a better candidate for surgery if you lose weight first.
You may want to consider an extended tummy tuck because you have some skin laxity that extends beyond just the front of your abdomen. Successful for their weight loss will create more skin laxity making the indication for an extended tummy tuck grater.
An extended tummy tuck generally requires repositioning the patient during surgery. It should be made very clear if this is going to happen as part of your discussion during consultations.
Plastic surgeons can only reach so far with someone position laying on their back during a tummy tuck procedure.
Your best aesthetic rest outcome would come from revision of your breast reduction in retightening the skin envelope and adding implants.
This will give you a far better aesthetic outcome than fat transfer alone. Fat transfer can add 1/2 to maximum 1 cup breast size but does not change the shape of your breast in any significant way.
For a better aesthetic result do you need volume in the upper half of the breast which is not well accomplished with fat transfer but is with implants.
I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your community.
Do you have the potential for a great outcome.
There is significant differences in outcomes depending on who you choose as your provider.
For that reason I recommend patient starts by having at least five in person consultations and consider having more if needed.
During each consultation ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of the procedures you’re interested in.
As providers to only show you examples of previous patients who have similar body characteristics to your own.
When discussing the extent of the tummy tuck do you need to be very precise and specifically ask them if they’re going to turn youth during surgery. 
If you’re going to have the procedure and you may as well have it done correctly and avoid coming back for revision surgery because of a “dog ears”(A result of insufficient skin excision over the hips and love handles).
As providers to show you examples of excellent outcomes, average outcomes and outcomes that did not turn out as well as they had hoped.
For tummy tuck results look very carefully at who gets the most natural looking belly buttons with a very lowest that scar that follows anatomic contours naturally and evenly on both sides. look very carefully at the entire torso from all angles preferably including from behind. A Good plastic surgeon well assess the entire torso and adjust the procedure so that the torso looks balanced and appropriate from all angles depending on what each person needs. For some individuals this may mean an extended tummy tuck or doing additional liposuction.
For reference an experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets of before and after pictures of commonly performed procedures like a tummy tuck or breast fat transfer/implants. 
Get familiar with what quality results should look like and take careful notes during each consultation especially regarding what the quantity and quality of before and after pictures.
Continue having consultations until you feel very confident you found the best provider for your needs.
You can move forward with the procedure now but you’ll be a much better candidate if you lose weight first. losing weight before the procedure will give you a better aesthetic outcome and lower the chance of medical and surgical complications.
