In general, chin liposuction involves a small amount of liposuction to the jawline and can include a little bit of the lower part of the cheek just above the jawline in the jowl area. If your filler injection was close to this region, it may be disrupted. It may also be valuable to have it removed before the liposuction because it produces a different reference for the contour of the jawline.

The chin filler would not have any significant impact on liposuction to the area under the chin, along the jawline, or the lateral neck, which is sometimes also included with chin liposuction.
