At some point in the future, a deep neck lift may be of some benefit, but would hesitate to do so for a 20 year old man. I would encourage you to assess your motivations and goals. From an aesthetic standpoint, the only procedure that may be of benefit to you is a rhinoplasty.

My suggestion is to have liposuction of the neck and take that fat and transfer it to your chin so that you don't need to implant anything initially. It would be wiser to transfer the fat from your neck and put it in your chin and IF that is not enough of a change, then, I would consider the implant.
