Will Vaser Liposuction help get rid of the fat pads on my thighs? (photos)

I work out 6-8 hours a week and eat healthy, but I can’t put train these thighs. Looking for feedback about the success of vaser lipo for getting rid of fat pads and cellulite. I would like confirmation that this is the best route BEFORE paying a surgeon for a consult.

Its very effective if it is fat and not muscle.Cellulite will not really improve - there is nothing out there for cellulite.

In this case, Vaser liposuction can address stubborn fat pockets and improve body contouring on your thighs. It's important to note that Vaser liposuction is a surgical procedure that should be performed by a trained surgeon with experience in body contouring. A detailed surgical assessment is necessary to evaluate the quality of your skin (elasticity) and the quantity of fat to be removed before proceeding with the surgery. The area of concern is often in park related to skin bulging in an upright standing position. During full hip flexion, there is skin redundancy of the lower abdomen, creating a skin fold on most people. The same skin redundancy happens on the back of the thigh, causing fullness in an area, sometimes referred to as the banana role or the back part of the outer thigh. Because skin is contributing significantly to for this in this area, the area less responsive to weight loss, and also Liposuction. The area is notoriously challenging to treat, especially if an assessment does not include understanding the impact of moderate skin laxity. 
Some providers may jump to the conclusion that Liposuction should easily correct this, but the area is notoriously Difficult to get consistent quality results from doing Liposuction. True saddlebags for excess fat in the outer thigh respond well, but the area that tends to be more posterior or towards the buttocks tense to be more related to skin redundancy rather than fat distribution. If you flex your hips, 30 or 40°, you’ll probably see that the contour changes significantly. Another way is to pull up on the skin above the area of concern and see if this changes the contour significantly. Problems related to fat distribution usually do not change significantly when the skin is put under tension. Areas related to skin laxity usually respond impressively when the skin is made tight by pulling above the area of concern.
