How will weight loss affect my bust size?

Question

Im at 133 lbs and my breast are 40 inches .I want to loose 20 lbs , 110ish is my goal weight. When i weighed 160 lbs my bust was 41 inches. Think when i do loose 20 lbs my bust well shrink 5 or more inches ? Is my bust going to go down 2-3 inches , like 37-38 bust. Im 5'4 , with a small-medium body frame. I have a 35 band and wear a 36C.

weight loss will affect all fat cells in your body, including the ones in your breasts. So you can expect some decrease in size but nobody can tell you exactly how much will you lose.

Unfortunately, no one can predict what your ultimate size will be after weight loss. Everybody responds to weight loss differently. Sometimes it affects breast size and sometimes it doesn't.  You just have to wait and see what you are left with.

It's difficult to accurately predict how much your breast size will reduce with weight loss.  This depends on how much fat and the type of fat you have in your breasts and elsewhere in your body.  If your breasts are mostly glandular tissue with little fat, they'll maintain their size well despite weight loss.  If your breasts have depot fat, They'll also maintain their size relatively well until starvation, during which depot fat is the final fat storage mobilized to meet your energy needs.  If your breasts have regular fat and enlarged with weight gain, they will diminish in size with weight loss.  Fat transfer or implants can restore their volume after weight loss if you wish.
