Should I do genioplasty and rhinoplasty at the same time? (Photos)

Hi, so firstly I would like to say that the pink sweater pictures are from 2020 and the other is more recent. But I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to do a sliding genioplasty and rhinoplasty at the same time or if I should do them separately? I was also wondering if a genioplasty changes anything about your jawline as there's mixed info out there? I just want a more defined jawline and facial harmony as both are lacking currently.

These 2 surgical procedures can be performed simultaneously or as separate procedures. The genioplasty will improve your jawline from front to back. In addition, the angle between your neck and chin will improve as the chin is positioned forward and balances the lower face.

A genioplasty is performed by an oral surgeon in a hospital setting with an overnight stay in the hospital itself, and is very invasive. That procedure needs to be done by itself. Consider performing a rhinoplasty and a chin implant simultaneously under general anesthesia. Chin implants are much less invasive and can be easily removed if necessary. Digital computer imaging both your nose and your chin would be helpful in the education process to understand what can be accomplished with both your nose and chin upon your facial features.
