My chin has always been my biggest insecurity. Ive always been told i have a long chin and I wanted to know what i can do to reduce it?

A sliding genioplasty or a chin implant would greatly improve your facial balance. The chin implant can easily be removed if the aesthetics don't meet your expectations. Both of these procedures are performed in the office with sedation anesthesia and will not change your bite.
