My chin protrudes slightly at rest but even more so when i smile. Can a conservative genioplasty (i don't want much shaved off) address the witches chin as well? Or does that have to do with the fat pads and muscles around my chin instead of the bone? 2nd question, I don't want my chin length or shape changed from the frontal view. I only want it slightly deprojected from the side view, is this possible?
