Is this genioplasty reduction possible? (Photo)

Hi, I'm looking into genioplasty to achieve the desired results in picture 2, however, due to my case being excess soft tissue (I believe muscle tissue as well), I have had trouble researching and confirming that these results are possible. I'm aware I'm in need of jaw surgery, though I have no medical issues and it's purely for aesthetics, therefore not worth the cost nor pain. I've considered botox and filler, but would like a permanent solution. Is this possible?

There are generally 2 solutions to this problem. If the chin becomes ptotic with motion, you can try botox to diminish this movement. If the chin is long based on a CT scan, then the chin can be reduced in the vertical dimension and pore-positioned in the horizontal plane.
