A series of Thermismooth treatments is a great option for post surgical patients who want to do maintenance. The procedure is painless and requires only a 30 minute visit every 2-3 weeks. I have seen patients who were not ready for surgery because of cost,downtime or even health use this treatment to get them some lift and smoothing around their eyes and they've been happy with the results. Consult your Thermi expert to determine if this procedure is right for you. 

Thank you for your question. A series of 3 or 4 ThermiSmooth treatments on your upper eyelids would definitely give you a lift and subtle tightening. Another option is to get a one time ThermiTight treatment on your upper eyelids and upper brows. ThermiTight is micro-invasive and should be done by a Thermi expert. A small heat emitting probe is inserted under the skin to tighten and lift the eyes and eyebrows. This treatment would give you a subtle natural lifted appearance that's a bit more prominent than ThermiSmooth. They're both great; definitely speak with a Thermi expert before choosing which route to go. They're quick and easy procedures with great results. Good luck!
