I am undergoing rhinoplasty in January 2019 to have the bridge and tip of my nose reduced and also have my columella straightened and slighted lifted. However my nose is considered to be wide and my skin at the tip of my nose is thin. I have seen multiple consultants and one told me that if I went ahead with this, I would be left with a “flat looking nose” at the front. This really concerns me because I’m quite happy with my front view I just want to fix my profile and oblique view.

Answer: My nose is overprotected on the bridge and tip and I would like it to be reduced. Will my nose look flat at the front?
