Is my face crooked or is it just my eyebrows? Is this a facial surgery/Botox issue? (Photo)

Hello and thank you for your question.  You are correct, nobody's face is perfectly symmetric, and likely the younger photo of you seems more symmetric because your bones had not quite finished developing. With that said, with careful and strategic placement of Botox, the asymmetry can be improved.  Botox is a quick, painless and easy treatment that can last about 3 months.  Be sure to seek an experienced injector who specializes in facial aesthetics for best results.  Good luck!

Facial asymmetry is normal finding; eyebrow position as a result is frequently most visible part of this condition. In mild cases skillful distribution of Botox can create more symmetry. Endocopic brow lift is definitely more predictable way of correcting this deformity. Good luck.

First of all as you have just mentioned, minor asymmetries is completely normal and also essential for a healthy looking face. I think your facial asymmetry and brow asymmetry is within the normal-natural range. But if you are too obsessed with it, you may consider reversible (non-permanent) type of non-invasive interventions such as Botox injections. No plastic surgeon would or should operate a patient for a minor facial brow asymmetry.

Everyone has facial asymmetry to some degree and yours is within normal limits. Treatments like Botox and fillers can help improve asymmetry. Yes, almost everyone has some facial asymmetry. That being said, I commonly improve eyebrow symmetry using neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport. 

I have many patients who receive Botox to fix the asymmetry on their forehead.  This is a very common reason for wanting Botox. However, this is an advanced technique and I would be cautious about having anyone but an experienced board certified cosmetic dermatologist inject you.  Best, Dr. Green

Almost everyone I know has slight asymmetry between left and right side if their face. Slight asymmetry of the brows is often the easiest to fix. A minimal amount of Botox can relax the outer upper aspect of the round muscle around your eye called orbicularis oculi. As the muscle relaxes, it stops pulling down on your brow. This action results in the brow lifting just enough to match the other side with a usually very pleasing result.
It is, however, essential for you to see a doctor specialising in aesthetic medicine and use of Botox. The doctor will examine the muscle movements and be able to confirm if the treatment with Botox is the best option for you.

You are very beautiful -- lucky you! Minor asymmetry exists in every person's face that hasn't been photoshopped lol. That being said you may consider some very tasteful and delicate Botox if an in-person exam suggests that you are a good candidate -- depending on what your goals are and what your doctor believes can be achieved. Perhaps you are also correct that some brow manicuring may help too. Please make sure to have an in-person consultation with a board-certified, fellowship-trained Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon with specific expertise in cosmetic brow surgery and facial anatomy. The facial asymmetry that you see in the photographs as an adult and as a child is exactly the same. The amount of assymmetry that you see in yourself exist in pretty much every single individual on this planet and should not be addressed by means of Botox, fillers or surgery as this may result in more trouble than good. You are spot-on when you note none of us are symmetrical, and in fact, it's been proven to be part of the force that attracts others to us!  That being said, once you see something you don't love about yourself, it's hard to un-see it.  
If when you squint as though you are trying to see through a sandstorm you have a muscle bunch at your eyebrow, you may be a candidate for a bit of neurotoxin to give the lower brow a "lift".  It doesn't work dramatically for all, but might be worth trying--that would be low cost, low risk and temporary.  Another idea is to look into a bit of a brow lift on that side using PDO (NovaThread) thread lift to raise that brow universally just a tish.
