I smoked some of a cigar and cigarette last night, I did not have a full one. I just took a few puffs from them. I’m currently in my 7th week post op from my bbl surgery. April 8th will mark my 8 week since I’ve done my bbl surgery. Will taking a few puffs do anything to my results since I’m so far along in my recovery process. I haven’t smoked in 2 months and last night was my first time in 2 months.

Answer: Smoking Dear lady o79, smoking has a serious negative effect on healing process and every plastic surgeon recommend their patients smoking cessation in order to reduce the risk of complications. It is hard to tell how will this affect your results. Answer: Will anything happen from taking a few puffs from a cigarette and cigar when I’m 7 weeks post op from my bbl? Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You should not smoke again, because doing so can decrease blood supply and oxygen, and this delays your healing process. If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon. Good luck :)
