I'm loving my "New" Tummy Tuck with Lipo, I had on October 28, 2019 with muscle repair . from the "Best Surgeon " Dr. Joseph Hunstad " @ H.K.B Plastic Surgery, in Huntersville, NC. He is the Best @ Creating a Beautiful body! My stomach is flat and very tight. I love how Dr. Hunstad makes super straight and thin scar lines, and aren't noticeable at all. He has been my favorite Doctor of choice, that has done my last 4 surgeries over a year. Medial Thigh Lift, w/ 360 Lipo, Pursestring Gluteplasty, Tummy Tuck w/ Lipo. He has done an amazing job on Fixing my body and redoing several things from a previous doctor. Who lacked in experience and knowledge. Which a lot of days, I actually could cry , at all the money, over 100k now, the painful procedures and revisions, time spent for healing ( going on over 2 years), and some procedures that can't be fixed.
Which you would think, after a long journey of over 2.5 years, now going on and money spent I would look like Barbie but I'm far from that..haha..I'm still that that type of person that probably, will never go to a beach without a cover up on. Which if I didn't have so many Wide Scars and Ugly Crazy Cuts from another Surgeon. I definitely would feel, So much better about wearing a bikini in public and not just in a dressing room or at my own pool...lol...I know I try to laugh it off, but in reality, every time , I have to undress in front of the nurses , plastic surgeons, I am always wondering what they are thinking! Even though they don't say anything. But stare and look.. Least now, If I do feel uncomfortable, I just know this really isn't the Doctor's office I want to use and will leave. Least I've never felt that way with Dr. Hunstad Office. He always makes you feel very comfortable and is understanding. He is always there to answer any questions you may have and after surgery is Exceptional with his Aftercare! You will be amazed at how good the follow up care is!
But if your truly looking for a Very Talented, Expert Plastic Surgeon that has over 25 years experience and
Is the Most genuine and Sincere about, Taking care of his Patients, Dr. Hunstad is your guy to handle anything you throw at him. :) He is always ready or the Challenge!
I honestly, love having him fix all my problems. Only wishing he would Fix All of Them ;)
He will make you look Absolutely Gorgeous!! He has that special eye for details, What a Woman's body should look like (Very Tight and Firm, Flat).

This man is talented and a perfectionist. He performed a corner lip lift in addition to correcting a botched lip surgery from another practitioner. I couldn't be more satisfied with his bedside manner, his surgical talents, and his demeanor as a caring professional. I highly recommend his services.

I recently turned 48 and have really become aware of the effects of aging on my facial features. The corners of my mouth were beginning to droop, and both upper and lower lift had lost a significant amount of volume....beginning in my late 20s and continuing throughout my 30s and into my 40s. Dr. Hunstad is undoubtingly one of the best surgeons in the Charlotte area. He is competent, and his staff is courteous and professional. My lips and smile were completely transformed, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.

Dr. Hunstad knows his craft very well; his professionalism and experience shine through in his meticulous work. The 'lip lift" often receives negative publicity for being highly invasive with unnatural looking results. Dr. Hunstad has perfected this surgery, which is specifically why we selected him. I don't even have to wear lipstick or gloss if I so choose. Most certainly worth the money, and I would HIGHLY recommend!

I went to Dr Hunstad for a lip lift and filler. I cannot believe the difference it has made to my face. I have never had lips before, I explicitly stated that I didn't want a "Kardashian or Jenner" look, and he and Meena delivered. Not only do I look the best I EVER have at age 44, I experienced NO pain and very little downtime. I could not recommend this office more. They completely changed my face for the better, but in a very natural way. I recommend Dr. Hunstad & Meena 100%. No pain, all gain!

Thank you Dr. Hunstad! I am only 38 but for 20 years I have said I wanted a lower facelift to remove my double chin but never had the time for recovery. Now that I had the time while seeing my dermatologist I asked him who he would recommend. He said just a minute and after he came back in the room he gave me Dr. Hunstad's information. I asked him about the surgeon across the street and he again said Dr. Hunstad. After that being said, I knew I was going to the best and not just being referred to a friend. After my first visit I had complete confidence in him and his staff. He told me that if he did a great job everyone would notice a change but never know what. Well that's exactly what he did! I can't thank him enough for truly changing my life for the better. Also, he does stay busy but when he talks to you he makes you feel like you are his only client for the day. I cannot say enough about Dr Hunstad, his talent, his artfulness , his experience, his bedside manner is Exceptional. I had eye lid surgery and so pleased with the results. I am still healing as it's been only two months. Dr Hunstad follows your recovery very closely, which I appreciate very much. I have to say I have interviewed 4 highly experienced other doctors in the area but felt that Dr Hunstad was the best. I highly recommend Dr Hunstad for facial surgery. I have two of my girlfriends that have had facelift and they look beautiful and so natural looking.

Dr. Hunstad recently performed my tummy tuck. I received EXCELLENT service from everyone at Hunstad/Kortesis. Dr. Hunstad and his staff are awesome. My surgery results are amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Hunstad and Hunstad/Kortesis.

Two days ago I had a MACS lift and neck liposuction with Dr. Hunstad. I had some sagging in my lower face and my neckline made me look like I was fat, even though I am only 120 lbs. They really bothered me and I knew beyond the shadow of a doubt who I should have do the surgery. I have had multiple procedures with him in the past and all have been beyond my expectations. He is truly the BEST!! I decided to go with local anesthesia because general always makes me sick. I was afraid that the numbing portion of the procedure might hurt but it didn't at all! They gave me a Valium, I was very relaxed and honestly nothing hurt throughout the entire procedure not even when he was numbing me. I could feel a little pressure and pulling sometimes but it didn't hurt in the least. I thought it was sort of cool because I knew that he was tightening my face and that it was going to look really good. I was extremely relaxed the entire time and would talk to him at times...asking what he was doing etc. I know this sounds strange but it was almost an enjoyable experience because I could just visualize what the outcome was going to be. My husband drove me to the hotel and I rested most of the rest of the day and evening. My ears did hurt a litttle, more like pressure and I did get a headache, but that's just me. I always get headaches. I know that had nothing to do with Dr. H. I also get sick anytime I take pain meds so I had to stop them almost as soon as I started taking them and that is when the pressure and headache started. If you can handle pain meds then you will be good to go. I just have an extremely sensitive stomach. Now two days later I am sitting around drinking almond milk, strawberry, banana and blueberry smoothies. It is a little hard to open my mouth very wide and I don't want to tear anything or mess things up so I'm sticking to a liquid diet for a few days. My advice would be to not try to talk too much and definitely try to stick to smoothies for the first few days. I haven't really looked in the mirror that much because I just have no doubt that my outcome is going to be beautiful. I have such confidence in Dr. Hunstad being that I have had multiple procedures with him and there is just no question to his expertise and abilities. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. I know that it takes awhile for things to stop swelling and look normal, so why look in the mirror non stop wondering what the outcome is going to be like. I have to say I wouldn't be like that if it weren't Dr Hunstad that did my work. I am typically a worry wart and can't stop looking at something wondering what it will be like, but after having work done with him, it just isn't the case because I have such a huge amount of trust in him. That is why it is so important to do your research and find a doctor that you really feel comfortable with and trust.

If you're considering a cosmetic procedure, do your research. Go to a board certified surgeon, and read his or credentials. Surgery is serious, expensive and can significantly improve your target areas. The recovery time can be long depending on what you're doing, so plan accordingly and have someone who can assist you for 3 or 4 days while you are sore and recovering.
