It seems that my round butt implant flipped. I do not understand how it happened, especially because my implants are under (between) the muscle. I would like to understand how that happened, but most of all is it possible to flip back a butt implant without resorting to surgery?

Thanks for sumbitting your pictures. Based on them you have enough tissue at your buttock side. In my opinion only performing an implant procedure with about 500-600 cc would be enough to achieve the desired result. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good Luck....
