Is it possible to flip back a butt implant without resorting to surgery?

It seems that my round butt implant flipped. I do not understand how it happened, especially because my implants are under (between) the muscle. I would like to understand how that happened, but most of all is it possible to flip back a butt implant without resorting to surgery?
