Buttock implants with HIV. Any suggestions?

Good afternoon, my name is David and I'm 21 y/o. I'm interested in getting a buttock implant but I'm HIV positive, is it possible to get this surgery done even tho I'm in medications and my immune system is "normal" thanks to the meds?

Thanks for sumbitting your pictures. Based on them you have enough tissue at your buttock side. In my opinion only performing an implant procedure with about 500-600 cc would be enough to achieve the desired result. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good Luck....

Dear yamilex,    The simple answer to your question is that 3 weeks after removing your butt implants, you can resume your normal activity with no limitation including those of  exercising your gluteal muscles.   Obviously, you are not going to be able to develop large butt with exercise alone....
