I like to use ultrasonic assisted liposuction (I've lectured on the technique nationally and internationally) with the SAFE technique. This "melts" the fat. The fat comes out with very little blood. It looks like a banana smoothie. When performing this technique bleeding is minimal, more fat is removed and one obtains a smoother result versus traditional techniques.
