Liposuction or body sculpting? Which one do you suggest is best in my case?

Those two terms refer to the same thing, and the underlying procedure is to remove fat through liposuction.

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry that your current results have not been what you anticipated.  Depending on your tissue quality you may be a candidate for a revision procedure to either reduce any pseudo/gynecomastia tissue present behind your nipple and areola.  Seek out second opinions that may corroborate your surgeon's opinion, or offer you a differing view on treatment options.  Best wishes.

Liposuction is also known as Body sculpting. There are different types of liposuction. As an artist I like to use ultrasonic assisted liposuction and the SAFE technique. I was one of the pioneers performing this type of liposuction. I've lectured nationally and internationally on the subject.
