I'm a 24 year old male who's had two procedures now. One at 22 in 2016 and one at 23 in 2017. About a year apart. I just got to the 10.5 month of my second procedure (now on Finn thank god!) and I'm not sure so sure about the results. I'm not happy that the top of my head is still shiny in yellow/bright lighting and I don't like my crown's shiny circular appearance. First procedure-2400 hairs? whatever that means. Second Procedure -2000 grafts. (Much more legit operation clearly) 3rd Op???
Answer: If you are still unhappy with your second surgery, what make you think a third will make you happy? If you are still unhappy with your second surgery, what make you think a third will make you happy? Perhaps you should discuss your goals with your doctor and make sure you have realistic expectations.

Answer: Your hair 24 is a bit young to be super aggressive. I'd like to see you on Rogaine and consider Propecia. You will beed to have a good exam to see what donor is left and I'd recommend you see someone with experience to develop a good plan, given your age.

Answer: FUE I have a lot of issues with your post. First of all, doing a hair transplant on any male younger than 25 years old needs to be done conservatively, if done at all- only after the patient has been on medical therapy for at least 6 months, and only to restore a conservative frontal forelock. Doing any transplant work on such a young man to the crown and even midscalp is usually a set up for problems down the road.I urge anyone seeking to address hair loss to really do his/her homework and find a surgeon who does not merely want to put in hair transplants but can formulate a long term plan.

Answer: Travel for a hair restortaion If you are unhappy with your first two sessions and considering a third, then you need to be sure to get it right this time. One piece of advice I can give is this, do not let the location of the clinic determine who you go with. Do not be afraid to travel to have your procedure done by the best in the world. Rather then choosing your hair restoration doctor based on who is close to you, you should research the top clinics and go with who's results you like the best. Many of today's top clinics will reimburse you for travel cost, and you can leave for home the very next day after the procedure, so travel and location should not be a top consideration when choosing your doctor. The result you receive will be permanent and there for life, so don't be afraid to take a short trip to go with your favorite clinic. A great first step would be an online consultation. Often you can submit photos to top hair restoration surgeons for a complimentary evaluation. This should help lead you in the right direction. Having multiple consultations with different doctors cannot hurt.
